This is year one! I was a student intern and student teacher at here at Washington during the 24-25 school year.

This will be my 3rd year teaching, and my first year in the Boise School District!

This is year one! I recently finished teaching summer school at Whitney Elementary in the Boise School District. I was also a student teacher at Riverside in Boise

I love traveling. I've been to over 20 countries. Last year, I went to Greece and saw the Acropolis.

Haha! I, of course, love Orchestra; but, I also enjoy math.

Derrick Thompson - Resource Room Paraprofessional
What are some of your previous work experiences in education?
I worked as a playground supervisor at Horizon Elementary, Extended Resource Room at Horizon, and as a Behavior Support Specialist at Amity Elementary in the Excel program. I'm thrilled to being joining the Washington team. Go Wildcats!!
